Presentation and communication skills training for leaders, teams, and individuals
Managing questions during & after presentations and talks
Do you know the story about the person who raised their hand to ask a question and then opined about their favourite subject for 3 minutes?
What about the person who raised their hand because they were looking for an argument?
Or the person who rambled on and on without ever managing to ask their question?
And then, of course, you have genuine questions: how on earth do you answer them clearly, confidently and credibly?
Dealing with the question and answer session can be tricky. In our workshop on managing the Q&A session after a presentation or talk, you’ll learn how to set expectations, interrupt as politely as possible, refer, defer, and confidently answer questions.
This workshop can be offered as a standalone session or combined with other workshops and modules to help you build the skills you need to prepare, design, develop, and deliver engaging presentations and talks with confidence.
